If you signed up with Google, Apple, Facebook, or email, you can request deletion of data we store. This page explains the process and offers one-click deletion when signed in.
What is deleted?
When a reader account is deleted, we remove your user profile and all linked reader data in our system.
- Email address and display name
- Bookmarked articles
- Reading history
- Session and sign-in data on our side
What remains?
Published magazine content (articles, issues) is not affected.
If you signed in via Google, Apple, or Facebook, those providers process data in their own systems — their privacy settings and deletion options apply separately.
How to delete your account
Option A: Sign in and use the “Delete account permanently” button on this page.
Option B: Email info@palliativ-portal.de from your registered address with the subject “Columba account deletion”.
We typically process requests within 30 days.
Note for Facebook users
This URL can be used as the “User data deletion” URL in Meta developer settings.
If you use Columba via Facebook Login, you can delete your Columba account as described above. Manage the Facebook connection itself in your Facebook settings.
