This page presents two donation-related projects. The first is the cookbook project Pudding ist Seelsorge, created from the observation that widowers and men who never learned to cook can struggle with daily meals after the person who cooked for them has died. The cookbook collects simple recipes with step-by-step instructions and stories, and proceeds are intended to support cooking courses for widowers.
The second report tells the story of the planned Wüstenkapelle. During a summer evening in Wüstenwelsberg, guests at a campsite spoke about home, traditions and life’s blows. From this came the desire for a small chapel as a place of retreat, meditation, silence and gratitude. The Palliativ-Portal donated 250 euros to each project.
